Sam Olu is an acknowledged Music Educator, teacher, worship leader and music director. He has over 15 years experience in teaching music, performance, music production and leading worship.
Sam also does research in the field of Ethnomusicology having worked with indigenous people of Rwanda and Kwara / Kogi Area of Nigeria.
He had taught music at ECWA Theological Seminary, Igbaja, Nigeria and Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA), Kigali, Rwanda.
He did a research project on “Acoustics of Percussion Instruments; a type of a Membranophone: Iya-Ilu Drum” during his B.Sc. Physics Project, including an in-depth analysis on “How the drums talk?”
In addition to teaching voice, he enjoys playing the guitar in a reflective and creative way.
